Job summary

TEKEVER is hiring a Recruiter to support identifying, attracting, and managing top engineering talent in a hybrid setup in Caldas da Rainha. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with People Business Partners to align on role requirements and hiring priorities.

The role requires strong sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English. Expect a dynamic environment with a competitive salary package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Technical Recruitment is valued.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C2 in both).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify engineering and technology talent across multiple channels.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with People Business Partner and hiring teams to understand role requirements and priorities.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of engineering talent, active and passive.
• Engage and assess candidates, understanding technical background and fit.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Contribute to strengthening TEKEVER’s employer brand in engineering communities.
