A Xelvin, em Porto/Maia, procura um Recruiter para integrar a equipa de Recrutamento Internacional e Relocation, com foco na identificação de profissionais técnicos em Portugal e Espanha interessados em oportunidades internacionais, especialmente nos Países Baixos.

Este papel envolve construir redes internacionais, conduzir entrevistas iniciais, apresentar oportunidades e acompanhar os candidatos ao longo de todo o processo de recrutamento.

Qualificações

• Experiência em recrutamento de perfis técnicos ou engenharia.
• Conhecimento de recrutamento internacional e relocação é desejável.
• Fluência em português e inglês (outra língua é vantagem).

Responsabilidades

• Source engineers e profissionais através de plataformas e redes.
• Abordar candidatos em mercados PT/ES.
• Conduzir entrevistas iniciais e avaliar experiência e motivação.
• Apresentar oportunidades internacionais e explicar o processo de relocação.
• Construir rede internacional de talento e manter relacionamento com candidatos.
• Acompanhar candidatos durante todo o processo de recrutamento.
• Trabalhar próximo de clientes em Portugal e nos Países Baixos.

Recruiter – International Recruitment & Relocation

Help technical professionals build their careers abroad!

Xelvin is growing in Portugal, and we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Porto/Maia.

In this role, your main responsibility will be international recruitment and relocation, identifying technical professionals in Portugal and Spain who are interested in developing their careers abroad, particularly in the Netherlands .

More than just finding the right CV, you will get to know candidates, understand their ambitions, introduce them to international opportunities, and support them throughout the recruitment and relocation process.

What will you do?

• Source engineers, designers, technicians and other specialised professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other channels;
• Identify and approach candidates in the Portuguese and Spanish markets ;
• Conduct initialinterviews and assess candidates' experience, motivation and career goals;
• Present international opportunities and explain the relocation process;
• Build and develop your own international talent network ;
• Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process;
• Work closely with colleagues and clients in Portugal and the Netherlands ;
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and contribute to the growth of Xelvin in Portugal and Spain.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is communicative, curious, proactive and genuinely interested in people .

We value:

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition ;
• Experience recruiting technical or engineering profiles is a plus;
• Experience in international recruitment or relocation is an advantage;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English ;
• Knowledge of Spanish is a strong advantage;
• Strong communication, organisational and independent working skills;
• A willingness to learn and develop in technical recruitment.

No experience in technical recruitment? No problem.
