Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior Revenue Operations professional to act as the primary regional partner for EMEA Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. You will drive forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance meetings, ensuring data hygiene and actionable outcomes across a growing GTM ecosystem.

You will optimize regional processes, analyze lifecycle metrics, and collaborate with FP&A and Enablement to align strategy with regional execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related Go-To-Market function.
• Experience supporting EMEA go-to-market teams across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business performance meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the complete GTM lifecycle: lead management, pipeline, sales processes, handoffs, expansions, renewals.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Revenue Operations partner for EMEA Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders.
• Lead regional forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business review meetings with data hygiene and actionable insights.
• Adapt global GTM processes to regional needs and document local variations.
• Analyze pipeline trends, conversion rates, and lifecycle metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with FP&A for territory performance and demand generation to support realistic plans.
• Partner with Enablement to rollout new sales motions and monitor adoption.
• Represent EMEA priorities in global plans and translate needs to technical teams.
