Job summary

Docker, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to optimize the Revenue Operations team across EMEA and APAC, building streamlined sales processes, territory models, and quota plans.

You will partner with GTM leaders and tools like Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, RingLead and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive accurate forecasts and data integrity. This remote-first role reports to the Director of Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company.
• Territory design, segmentation and quota modelling experience.
• Forecasting and pipeline management expertise.
• Ability to define operational processes with technology teams.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Technically proficient with Google Suite, Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, RingLead and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strategic thinker with autonomous working style.

Responsibilities

• Support the global Sales leadership team with a focus on EMEA and APAC.
• Design and maintain territory and segmentation models and document engagement.
• Support forecasting processes and pipeline inspection with leadership.
• Help manage GTM quota and compensation models.
• Assist in fiscal year planning and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with BDR, SE, TAM, Renewals and Channel ownerships.
• Manage projects from scoping to rollout and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Oversee the sales technology stack and vendor relationships.
• Identify continuous process improvements to boost productivity.
• Analyze data to surface trends and opportunities for leadership.
• Build strong relationships across GTM departments and ensure reporting controls.
