Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Operations Manager for a remote, growth‑driven DTC/eCommerce business. You will partner with founders to scale operations across supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service while building scalable processes and accountability.

You will lead cross‑functional projects, implement SOPs, and develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Remote work enables direct impact on growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Operations or General Management leading a growing business.
• Direct, in-house experience operating a physical-product DTC or eCommerce brand.
• Experience managing multiple business functions and cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on supply chain, inventory, purchasing, logistics, and 3PL operations.
• Ability to document, implement SOPs and scalable processes.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing teams; accountable leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the business and drive improvements.
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and scalable systems (Notion).
• Coordinate supply chain activities: purchasing, inventory, and logistics.
• Manage inventory levels, 3PLs, warehousing, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Support customer service with efficient workflows and collaboration.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team development.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and growth readiness.
