WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Business Analyst with Commerce experience to join our Delivery team in Portugal on a contract basis. You will document client needs, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective ecommerce solutions.

Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of running workshops with client stakeholders.

Qualificações

Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce / experience projects.
Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
Experience working on Content projects.
Experience working on Experience projects.
Strong communication, proactive, team player with detail orientation.

Responsabilidades

Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria for business and technical users.
Identify options for solutions and assess for technical and business fit.
Create logical, innovative solutions and present proposals to clients.
Work with a scrum/delivery team through to go live.
Analyze business systems to recommend efficiencies and provide estimates with PMs.
Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Provide training to users of new systems as required.
Plan and adapt to deadlines and keep up to date with industry advances.
Maintain strong client relationships and escalate critical issues as needed.
