Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a Business Analyst with ecommerce experience to join our Delivery team on a contract basis. You will document business needs, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with clients, Product Owners and developers.

You will run workshops, propose options, and support go‑live while ensuring quality and client satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, team player who communicates clearly.
Comfort in fast‑paced environments with client interaction.
Experience with Agile delivery and translating business needs into tech requirements.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess suitability.
Create logical, innovative solutions to business problems.
Present proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Work with a scrum/delivery team through to go live and handover.
Analyse business systems to improve efficiencies and reduce waste.
Provide estimates for analysis work and plans with PMs.
Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
