WPP Enterprise Solutions in Portugal searches for a Business Analyst with commerce experience to join our Delivery team on a permanent basis. You will document business needs, run workshops, and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for both business and technical users.

You will work with a delivery team through go-live, assess solution options, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strong client relationships and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Managers.
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience on Content and Experience projects.
• Proactive, team player, eager to learn and improve processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and inspire online experiences.
• Customer-first mindset with initiative to keep clients happy, including on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate to user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify options for solutions and assess technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions and present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum/delivery team through go-live.
• Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work with PMs.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality.
• Provide training to users of new systems as required.
• Plan flexibly to meet deadlines and stay updated with industry advances.
• Maintain strong client relationships and escalate critical issues when needed.
