Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst in Portugal to join our Delivery team. You will document client needs, translate them into user stories, and work with a scrum team to deliver CMS/DXP-based solutions.

Your role includes facilitating workshops, assessing options for content architectures, and ensuring requirements are met end-to-end. You’ll interact with clients and internal teams, producing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on BA on CMS/DXP projects (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco or similar).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, templates, workflows or migrations.
• Strong communication, proactive teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify options for solutions and assess technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions and present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum/delivery team through go-live and support post-launch.
• Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
