WPP Enterprise Solutions in Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst with ecommerce experience to join our Delivery team. You will document client needs, translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure the proposed solution meets the business requirements.

You will run workshops, manage stakeholders including Product Owners, and collaborate with a Scrum delivery team through go‑live to deliver high‑quality online experiences for brands.

Qualificações

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience working on Content projects and Experience projects.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong communication.
• A fast‑paced environment lover who delivers compelling online experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements and translate into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and assess options for potential solutions for technical and business fit.
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum/delivery team through go‑live.
• Analyse business systems to drive efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work with Project/Programme Managers.
• Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Keep up to date with tech and industry advances.
• Maintain strong client relationships at all levels and escalate when needed.
• Manage internal and external relationships.
