Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst in Porto to join the Delivery team on a contract basis. You will document client needs, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with the delivery squad to ensure successful implementation of CMS/DXP projects.

Qualifications

• BA with ecommerce/experience projects
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders
• Hands-on BA on web content management (CMS) or DXP projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco)
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, or content migrations
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria for business and technical users.
• Identify and evaluate options for solutions, considering technical and business fit.
• Create innovative solutions and present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum/delivery team through to go-live.
• Analyze business systems to recommend efficiencies and improvements.
• Provide estimates for analysis work in collaboration with project managers.
• Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system when required.
• Plan and adapt to meet deadlines and keep stakeholders informed.
