Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Portugal is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Delivery team on a contract basis. You will document business needs, translate them into user stories, and drive solutions with a cross-functional team.

You’ll work with CMS/DXP platforms, run workshops, and collaborate with clients to ensure delivery meets requirements. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BA on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on BA on web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) projects (e.g., Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial/publishing workflows, or content migrations.
• Proactive, team player, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
• Fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset; may involve client locations.
• Great stakeholder management; Agile delivery experience is a plus.
• Business process mapping and engineering experience.
• Production of high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business fit.
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum/delivery team through to go live.
• Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work and plans with Project/Programme Managers.
• Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Keep up to date with technical and industry advances.
• Maintain strong client relationships at all levels and escalate critical situations when needed.
• Manage internal and external relationships.
