WPP Enterprise Solutions in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst with ecommerce experience to join our Delivery team on a contract basis. You will document client needs, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

The role requires proactive, client-facing skills, experience running workshops, and ability to work with Agile teams through go-live, delivering high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners / Managers
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience working on Content projects.
• Experience working on Experience projects.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, team player with a growth mindset.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business fit.
• Create logical, innovative solutions to problems and present proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with a scrum/delivery team through go-live.
• Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work with Project/Programme Managers.
• Communicate with developers, testers and end users to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Maintain relationships with clients at all levels and escalate issues when needed.
