Job summary

Rumos Portugal seeks a Level 2/3 Application Support specialist to join the IT Services team in Lisbon. You will resolve incidents in production, monitor system health, and contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring excellent end-user support.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years in ITSM or application support, strong EasyVista knowledge, ITIL familiarity, and fluent English. You will work in an international environment and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Application Support, ITSM or IT Consulting.
• Experience in production environments (Run/BAU).
• Strong knowledge of EasyVista and its configuration/administration.
• Good knowledge of On-Premises and SaaS architectures; ITIL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support in a production environment.
• Ensure resolution of incidents within SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor platform health and proactively identify issues.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, dashboards and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and solutions.
• Maintain high-quality support to end users.

• Ensure the resolution of critical incidents within SLAs;
• Monitor platform health and proactively identify potential issues;
• Configure and maintain workflows;
• Configure and maintain forms;
• Configure and maintain dashboards and reporting;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and solution enhancements;
• Ensure close and high-quality support to end users.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Application Support, ITSM, or IT Consulting;
• Experience in production environments (Run/BAU);
• Strong knowledge of EasyVista;
• Experience in the configuration, administration, and evolution of EasyVista;
• Good knowledge of On-Premises and SaaS architectures;
• Experience in Incident, Problem, and Request Management;
• Experience in meeting and monitoring SLAs/KPIs;
• Good knowledge of ITSM/ITIL best practices;
• Proven experience in Level 2 and Level 3 support;
• ITIL certification (preferred);
• Experience with additional ITSM tools (preferred);
• Experience in international/distributed environments (preferred);
• Knowledge of scripting, APIs, integrations, or automation (preferred);
• Fluency in English;
• Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously;
• Customer and service quality oriented;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
