Rumos Group is seeking a ServiceNow Specialist to join our IT team in Porto. You will develop features on the ServiceNow platform, maintain instances, and collaborate across international teams to deliver reliable ITSM solutions.

The ideal candidate has a IT-related bachelor’s degree, 3–6 years of experience, and strong English communication. Knowledge of ServiceNow, REST APIs, HTML/CSS/AngularJS is a plus, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Develop new features on the ServiceNow platform as part of specific projects.
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of ServiceNow instances.
• Manage and ensure the correct configuration of instances.
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of the platforms in the production environment.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Develop and maintain ITSM applications, specifically for incident, problem, and change management, as well as service catalogs.
• Develop and maintain access portals for end users and specific interfaces for business applications.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of ticket management applications and other support solutions for IT and business areas.
• Collaborate with international teams on the implementation and maintenance of solutions.
