Syffer is seeking a Dynamics 365 functional consultant to lead design and delivery of CRM solutions that enable digital transformation. You will conduct in-depth functional analysis, run workshops with stakeholders, and create high-level documentation aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.

You will configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service), coordinate with tech teams, and drive UAT and training materials. Hybrid work model and ongoing professional growth are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service).
• Ability to lead functional workstreams and engage with stakeholders.

What You'll do:

• Lead the design of complex functional solutions to address business requirements and support digital transformation initiatives;
• Conduct in-depth functional analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements;
• Prepare high-level functional documentation (Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices;
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on scalability and performance;
• Ensure effective coordination between functional and technical teams for proper solution implementation;
• Lead the definition and execution of functional and user acceptance tests (UAT) to ensure requirements are met;
• Develop test plans, user manuals, and training materials for key users and operational teams;
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in functional methodologies and internal processes;
• Mentor and support junior functional consultants within the team;

What You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, with proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, particularly Sales and Customer Service;
• Ability to lead functional workstreams and engage independently with business stakeholders;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus;
• Microsoft certifications are a plus;
