Syffer is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consultant to lead design and delivery of CRM implementations. You will gather requirements, prepare FDDs, configure Dynamics 365, and coordinate with business and tech teams.

You will mentor junior consultants, conduct UAT, develop user manuals and training materials, and contribute to continuous improvement. Hybrid work model and health insurance are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Service).
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

What You'll do:

• Lead the design of complex functional solutions to address business requirements and support digital transformation initiatives;
• Conduct in-depth functional analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements;
• Prepare high-level functional documentation (Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices;
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on scalability and performance;
• Ensure effective coordination between functional and technical teams for proper solution implementation;
• Lead the definition and execution of functional and user acceptance tests (UAT) to ensure requirements are met;
• Develop test plans, user manuals, and training materials for key users and operational teams;
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in functional methodologies and internal processes;
• Mentor and support junior functional consultants within the team;

What You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, with proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, particularly Sales and Customer Service;
• Ability to lead functional workstreams and engage independently with business stakeholders;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus;
• Microsoft certifications are a plus;
