A consulting firm in Lisbon is looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the design and implementation of functional solutions. You will conduct workshops, prepare documentation, and ensure effective coordination between teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM projects. This role offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits plan, including health insurance and work equipment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in senior roles focusing on Dynamics 365.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus.
• Proven experience in complex projects, including integrations and Power Platform.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the design of complex functional solutions to address business requirements and support digital transformation initiatives;
• Conduct in-depth functional analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements;
• Prepare high-level functional documentation (Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices;
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on scalability and performance;
• Ensure effective coordination between functional and technical teams for proper solution implementation;
• Lead the definition and execution of functional and user acceptance tests (UAT) to ensure requirements are met;
• Develop test plans, user manuals, and training materials for key users and operational teams;
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in functional methodologies and internal processes;
• Mentor and support junior functional consultants within the team;
• Hybrid Work Model.

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong track record in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects;
• Deep knowledge of key Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.);
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus;
• Proven experience in complex projects, including integrations and leveraging the Power Platform;
• Ability to lead functional initiatives and engage independently with business stakeholders;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (advanced level);
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are a plus;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Proactive mindset with a results-driven attitude;
• High sense of responsibility and ownership;
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and solution delivery experience.
