Syffer is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consultant to lead design and delivery of CRM implementations. You will gather requirements, prepare FDDs, configure Dynamics 365, and coordinate with business and tech teams.

You will mentor junior consultants, conduct UAT, develop user manuals and training materials, and contribute to continuous improvement. Hybrid work model and health insurance are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Service).
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of complex functional solutions to address business requirements.
• Conduct functional analysis and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions for scalability and performance.
• Coordinate between functional and technical teams for implementation.
• Lead functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop test plans, user manuals and training materials.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in methodologies.
• Mentor and support junior functional consultants.
