Decskill, a growing IT consulting company with 800+ professionals across Lisbon, Porto and Madrid, is hiring a Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant for a hybrid project. You will lead design and delivery, run workshops, and manage UAT while ensuring alignment with business goals.

The role requires 4+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience, and fluent English and Portuguese, to drive successful implementations in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in similar roles with Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, especially Sales and Customer Service.
• Ability to lead functional initiatives and work autonomously with different business areas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional design of complex Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements and transformation goals.
• Conduct detailed functional analysis and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Produce high-level Functional Design Documents following Dynamics 365 best practices.
• Lead advanced configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions with focus on scalability and performance.
• Ensure effective collaboration between functional and technical teams during implementation.
• Lead functional testing and UAT, ensuring all business requirements are met.
• Prepare test plans, user guides, and training materials for key users and operational teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across internal processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and support junior functional consultants within the team.

We would like to meet a Dynamics 365 Senior Functional Consultant for a project with a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design of complex Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements and transformation goals.
• Conduct detailed functional analysis and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Produce high-level Functional Design Documents following Dynamics 365 best practices.

• Ensure effective collaboration between functional and technical teams throughout implementation.
• Lead functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all business requirements are met.
• Prepare test plans, user guides, and training materials for key users and operational teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across internal processes and functional methodologies.
• Mentor and support junior functional consultants within the team.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in similar roles, with a strong track record of Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly Sales and Customer Service.
• Ability to lead functional initiatives and work autonomously with different business areas.
• Fluent Portuguese and English — Portuguese is essential for this role.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
