Syffer is seeking a Dynamics 365 functional consultant to lead design and delivery of CRM solutions that enable digital transformation. You will conduct in-depth functional analysis, run workshops with stakeholders, and create high-level documentation aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices.

You will configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service), coordinate with tech teams, and drive UAT and training materials. Hybrid work model and ongoing professional growth are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service).
• Ability to lead functional workstreams and engage with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design of complex functional solutions to meet business needs.
• Conduct functional analysis and facilitator workshops with stakeholders.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents aligned with best practices.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 for scalability and performance.
• Coordinate between functional and technical teams for implementation.
• Lead functional/UAT tests and develop user manuals and training materials.
• Identify continuous improvement in methodologies and processes.
• Mentor junior functional consultants; support team growth.
