Syffer is a dynamic consulting firm seeking a Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant to lead and deliver SCM implementations, transforming processes and translating business needs into effective software configurations.

You will partner with stakeholders across logistics, procurement, inventory, and production planning to optimize performance and drive value for clients in diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in SCM processes with Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 SCM implementation projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Dynamics 365 SCM implementation and transformation projects.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure and optimize supply chain processes within Dynamics 365 SCM.

What You’ll do:

• Lead and support Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation and transformation projects;
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions;
• Configure and optimize supply chain processes within Dynamics 365 SCM;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and system performance;
• Support testing, user training, go-live activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant with hands‑on expertise in Supply Chain Management processes;
• Strong knowledge of Procurement & Sourcing, Logistics, Inventory Management, Production Control, Master Planning, Sales & Order Management, Asset Management, and Warehouse Management (WMS/AWMS);
• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 SCM implementation projects;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
