Arquiconsult is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our Customer Engagement team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, helping clients optimize their business processes across various functions including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE, strong functional knowledge of multiple modules, and proven skills in solution design and full project lifecycle delivery. You will also mentor junior consultants and lead requirement gathering workshops to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to join our growing Customer Engagement team designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions that support our clients’ business objectives. This role involves translating business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, leading implementation projects end to end, and acting as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders.

The Senior Consultant will work closely with clients to optimize processes across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, ensure high-quality solution delivery, and support user adoption. The role also includes mentoring junior consultants, contributing to pre‑sales activities, and staying current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot capabilities. This is a senior role (5+ years of experience required), but you will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team of professionals who actively contribute to solution design, technical implementation, and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with business needs
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and custom developments
• Provide best‑practice guidance on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Support UAT, training sessions, and go‑live activities
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project governance
• Ensure solution quality, documentation, and client satisfaction
• Contribute to pre‑sales initiatives and solution shaping

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Strong functional knowledge of at least two CE modules
• Proven experience in solution design and full project lifecycle delivery
• Solid understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in client‑facing environments
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Availability to travel when required (national and international projects)
