Syffer is a consulting company focused on talent, tech and innovation. We invite you to join as a Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations, gather requirements, configure finance processes, and collaborate with business stakeholders.

The role supports a hybrid work model and remote options where possible, with a benefits plan. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and recent experience in core finance processes is essential for success in

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, cash/bank, fixed assets, financial reporting).
• Experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

What You'll do:

• Lead and support Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) implementation and transformation projects;
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions;
• Configure and optimize finance processes within Dynamics 365 Finance;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve financial operations and system performance;
• Support testing, user training, go-live activities, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Hybrid work model.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) Functional Consultant;
• Strong expertise in core finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting & Forecasting, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, Period-End Close, Intercompany, and Localizations;
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementation projects;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
