Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc in Portugal is seeking a Sales Development Representative for its Virtual Demand Center. You will respond to and qualify inquiries from marketing campaigns, and coordinate with Business Development Representatives to convert leads into opportunities.

You will engage with customers across channels, qualify using defined criteria, and leverage Salesforce, Outreach and Gong to drive pipeline. Fluency in English and German is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong communication skills and ability to start conversations.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency highly preferred.
• Experience in IT sales or tech environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns.
• Engage with customers and prospects; apply qualification criteria and touch patterns.
• Drive conversations aligning Cisco products to business objectives; meet SLAs and convert leads to opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and channel partners to grow pipeline.
• Manage opportunities using Salesforce, Outreach and Gong to enable sales cycles.
