Cross Border Talents is seeking a Technical Customer Specialist to provide expert technical assistance and exceptional customer service in Lisbon. You will troubleshoot, configure accounts, and guide users through technical processes while maintaining high satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will have Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), plus experience in customer support for tech products. The role offers an onsite office environment with relocation support and health benefits.
Qualificações
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
- Experience in CS or Tech CS is a plus
- Fluency in Dutch and English to support customers
Responsabilidades
- Provide professional technical support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels
- Assist customers with technical questions, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Diagnose issues by identifying root causes and offering clear solutions
- Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Stay up to date with product features and troubleshooting procedures
