Cross Border Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Support professionals for an international project in Lisbon. You will assist customers with support-related inquiries while working in an international on-site environment.

The role requires fluent Dutch and good English, with a focus on clear communication and delivering a professional customer experience. Rotational shifts apply, and there is access to shared employee accommodation for up to 12 months, minus a monthly

Schedule

Rotational shifts:

• Monday–Friday: 08:00–20:00
• Saturday–Sunday: 08:00–17:00
• Two rotational days off
