• Location: 100% Remote (Must be a resident of Portugal)
• Language Requirements: Dutch (C1/C2) & English (B2)

Remuneration Package (Salary Included)

• Base Compensation: €1,100 gross per month.
• Attendance Bonus: €80 gross per month.
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per day worked (distributed via a meal voucher card).
• Schedule: Fixed Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (No shift rotation, weekends completely free).

We are hiring an enthusiastic, customer-focused Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to represent a premier global financial technology and online payments brand. Serving as the primary voice for Dutch-speaking account holders, you will manage inquiries related to secure transactions, account access, dispute resolution, and platform features—delivering an elite support experience at every turn.

• Important Note: This role operates on a 100% remote basis exclusively within Portugal. Applicants must already reside in the country and possess valid legal work authorization, a local tax identification number (NIF), and a social security number (NISS).

Main Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Answer and resolve inbound requests via phone, email, and live communication channels from Dutch clients with speed and precision.
• Tech Troubleshooting: Help account holders navigate digital security steps, transaction histories, and general operational questions.
• CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately log, track, and update all client inquiries and case progress within our internal customer relationship management software.
• Team Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with risk teams and back-office technical divisions to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Brand Standards: Sustain a high standard of professional courtesy and sophisticated communication consistent with a top-tier fintech name.

Profile & Candidate Criteria

• Language Skills: C1/C2 mastery of Dutch (written and spoken) alongside a B2 working knowledge of English.
• Legal Status: Valid local residency in Portugal paired with active NIF, NISS, and legal employment eligibility.
• Home Setup: A fast, stable home internet connection.
• Desired Experience: Prior exposure to customer service, financial helpdesks, or e-commerce environments.
• Core Competencies: Empathetic mindset, active listening, ability to multitask across software applications, and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
