Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a Dutch and English-speaking Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role in Portugal. You will handle calls and written inquiries, assist with account funding and payments, and resolve collection-related questions.

Required are fluent Dutch and English, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and comfort with new software. Experience in customer service or financial services is advantageous.

About The Position

We are looking for a Dutch & English-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international customer service team.

In this remote role, you will support customers with account-related inquiries, payment transactions, and collection-related matters through voice and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Provide customer support through voice and written channels.
• Assist customers with account funding and payment-related inquiries.
• Negotiate payment arrangements when required.
• Investigate and resolve collection-related questions.
• Explain account history, product details, and relevant policies.
• Advise customers on managing funding transactions.
• Identify and appropriately support vulnerable customers.
• Provide insolvency-related support.
• Secure payment commitments when required.
• Arrange customer callbacks.
• Transfer customers to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Update internal systems with notes regarding customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, transaction processing, or an internet-based company is an advantage.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable learning and using new software and technologies.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork, discretion, and commitment.
• Good knowledge of PC-based internet and software applications.
