Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Dutch- and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international fintech team. This fully remote role is based in Portugal and offers weekdays 08:00–17:00 with weekends off, supporting customers via phone and written channels and guiding them through payments and account processes.

You will resolve payment issues, explain features, and update records, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call centre is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer-based applications.
