Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch- and English-speaking Customer Support Agent to join its international fintech team. This remote role is based in Portugal and follows a Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule, with weekends off.

You will handle inquiries via phone and written channels, assist with payments and account issues, and document interactions while upholding high service standards. Relocation support may be available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centre is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based applications.

ABOUT THE POSITION

RELOCATION SUPPORT
