CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. You will support a premium consumer brand, delivering a high-quality and personalized customer experience across multiple channels.

Day to day you will handle phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries with a focus on first contact resolution, upsell where appropriate, and maintain accurate records while following internal processes.

You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction builds trust, engagement, and long-term customer loyalty.

Day to day that means provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and personalized customer experience, handle both inbound and outbound contacts, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, deliver high-quality service with a strong focus on first contact resolution, act as a brand ambassador, representing products and services with confidence and expertise, assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and account-related topics, identify opportunities for customer retention and upselling, based on customer preferences, and maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to ensure service excellence.

The rest of the package

You also get full-time on-site position in Lisbon 40 hours per week with rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 – 19:00, paid training (approximately 11 working days, 8 hours per day), training compensation upon successful completion, health insurance from day one 22 days of paid annual leave + Portuguese public holidays, modern office environment with good transport connections, international and multicultural team, and career growth opportunities within a global organization.
