Locations: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal
Work Model: On-site | Hybrid | Remote (depending on the project)

About the Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing leading international brands.

Requirements

• Dutch: C2 level

• English: B2 level or higher

• EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Availability to work rotating shifts (depending on the project)

Salary

• Approximately €1,250 gross per month+ Perf. Bonus(depending on the project and experience)
