CloserHire recruits for this role on behalf of our client. We are seeking a customer support professional to assist small and medium-sized business clients in Lisbon, delivering phone, email, and chat support and guiding users through product usage.

You will work a 40-hour week on-site with relocation and accommodation support, enjoying a competitive package and health insurance from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, ideally in a support or contact center environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage client issues effectively.
• Customer-oriented mindset with clear and professional communication.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms.
• English skills for internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with account setup and product usage.
• Provide pre- and post-support for self-service digital advertising products and troubleshoot issues.
• Guide clients on using tools to improve online campaigns and identify recurring issues.
• Share customer feedback and product insights to support service improvements.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve client issues and ensure a smooth experience.
