CloserHire is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon to support small and medium-sized businesses using self-service digital advertising tools. The role is on-site, with relocation assistance and accommodation support, and involves handling inquiries across phone, email, and live chat.

You will help with account setup, product usage, and troubleshooting while delivering proactive, professional service in a multilingual, international environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Good English for internal communication.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Support SMB clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with account setup, product usage, and general troubleshooting.
• Provide pre- and post-support for self-service digital advertising products.
• Guide clients on how to use tools effectively to improve their online campaigns.
• Identify recurring issues and trends affecting multiple clients.
• Share customer feedback and product insights to support continuous service improvement.
