FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international BPO team. Relocation and full relocation package included, with flight tickets and accommodation options. You may work on-site in Lisbon or remotely within Portugal.

You will be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them by phone, email, or chat, and delivering practical, friendly support as part of a global team.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
