Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting for a Dutch-speaking customer service role in Lisbon, Portugal. The position supports an Insurance Company project, assisting Dutch-speaking customers in a fast-paced digital services setting. The work model is on-site with rotational shifts and bank holiday coverage.

Relocation support is provided, with a welcome bonus and a 14-salary year. Fluency in Dutch and strong English (B2+) are required, along with solid communication and computer skills for system learning.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent Danish and good English (B2+)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in customer support/BPO environment
• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Dutch-speaking customers for an Insurance Company project in Lisbon
• Handle inquiries in a fast-paced, digital services environment
• Work a Monday–Friday schedule with rotational shifts, including bank holidays
