Besthire in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to support a major e-commerce platform. On-site role handling user-generated content, responding to inquiries across channels, and maintaining accurate case records.

You’ll review content with sensitivity and escalate issues as needed. Daily work requires confident Dutch communication, good English for day-to-day tasks, and willingness to undergo full training.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch with confident spoken and written communication.
• Comfortable using English daily for work tasks.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Join a Tech account in Lisbon, Portugal as a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator.

You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Please note: this role involves reviewing user-generated content and may include exposure to sensitive or graphic material as part of standard content moderation duties.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
