Besthire in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Dutch to join a growing, multilingual team. You'll provide account and product support via phone, email, and chat, while learning through comprehensive training and coaching.

The role requires strong communication in Dutch and comfort using English daily. On-site work with clear progression paths and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualificações

We're recruiting Dutch speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Tech account based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 03/Sep/26, 13/Aug/26, 24/Sep/26.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and elevate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
