Besthire in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support users of a major digital platform. You will handle inbound/outbound calls across phone, chat and email, and log details clearly in the internal system.

The role requires confident Dutch communication and daily English use, with relocation support available for some candidates. Full onboarding and ongoing coaching are provided, with clear room to develop your career within the company.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch with confident English daily use.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required; full training provided.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon and participate in onboarding.

A Tech client in Lisbon, Portugal is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 03/Sep/26, 20/Aug/26.

• Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Inbound and outbound calls for e-commerce platform.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
