CloserHire is recruiting a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialist for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support customers across European markets with general enquiries, recalls campaigns and after-sales cases.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 with weekends off, and offers full-time employment, professional training, and an international, multicultural work environment.

Qualificações

• Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish
• English B2/C1 or above
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented
• Good computer literacy
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
