CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support a leading search engine client. You will handle inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions, delivering high levels of customer service for e-commerce, software, hardware and connectivity concerns.

Relocation support is available, including a 12-month room in a company apartment for 280 EUR, flight reimbursement up to 400 EUR after 6 months, private health insurance after 6

Qualificações

• Dutch language at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
• CS/BPO experience is an advantage.
• Good PC skills and flexible availability.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer requests across phone, email, chat, social media and messaging channels; provide pre-sales, general inquiries and technical support; escalate issues as needed; collaborate with technicians to resolve tickets.
