Foundever in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch Customer Support specialist to join our team. You will respond to customer inquiries, develop product knowledge, log calls, and manage correspondence while meeting deadlines and KPIs.

The role requires Dutch (C1) and English (B1), prior customer service experience, and the ability to work under pressure. Relocation package and private benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Proficient level of Dutch (C1).
• Intermediate level of English (B1).
• Previous experience in Customer Service preferred.
• Calm, cool and level-headed attitude in every situation.
• Excellent self-organizing skills.
• Proactive approach and willingness to work on own initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and KPIs.
• Adapt to a changing environment and procedures.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel (Microsoft Office).
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit.
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
• Relocation package.
• Competitive wages (€1,365 including complements + monthly performance bonus + €3,000 signing bonus).

Responsabilidades

• Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers' enquiries within given timescales.
• Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client's products and services.
• Deal with all correspondence as requested/required.
• Accurately log all calls and in line with procedures.
• Responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.
• Be able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.
