CloserHire is expanding its Dutch-speaking Customer Service team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging, delivering excellent customer support for a major global platform.

Relocation is paid, with accommodation and flights covered, plus private health insurance and meal allowances. The role requires English at B2 level and Dutch at C1 level; you should be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate, with good PC skills and a flexible

Where this job is

To be clear before you read further: the job is in Lisbon, Portugal, not in the Netherlands. You would be relocating. Most people we place have never lived abroad before, and the company covers the parts that usually stop people.

What the move covers

• Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside
• Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor. Reimbursement of flight ticket on the 6th month of work, up to 400EUR. Health
• Insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months
• Notes: Monday to Friday – 08:00AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational) Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Days Off: 2 Days

The role

CloserHire supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their Dutch-speaking Customer Service Team for the world’s largest search engine. As a Customer Support Specialist for a well-known client, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues.

Day to day that means respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels. Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support. Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions. Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed. Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets. Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction. Review and provide feedback on help content.

What you need

• English skills (B2) Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate previous CS / BPO experience is an advantage good PC skills fast decision-maker, with positive outlook be available to work flexible hours and days
• C1 level of Dutch Good
