CloserHire is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support SME clients via phone, email and chat, help with account setup, product usage and troubleshooting in the online advertising space.

The position offers relocation assistance, a Portuguese contract, paid training, and a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a high school diploma and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch, spoken and written.
• Good English for internal communication.
• Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms.
• Customer-oriented mindset with clear and professional communication.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Support SME clients via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with account setup, product usage and troubleshooting.
• Provide pre- and post-support for self-service digital advertising products.
• Guide clients on using tools to improve campaigns.
• Identify recurring issues and trends across clients.
• Share customer feedback to support service improvements.
