AVEC in Lisbon is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Delight Representative. You will assist Dutch-speaking SMEs through phone, email, and chat, helping them grow with online advertising tools and providing pre- and post-sales support.

The role combines customer support with digital advertising assistance in a multicultural, sunny Lisbon setting. Training is provided, with a full-time schedule, and health insurance from day one.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer support or client services.
• Comfort with multi-channel communication (phone, email, chat).
• Basic familiarity with digital advertising tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

We're hiring Dutch speakers to support small and medium businesses across digital channels (phone, email, chat), helping them grow and navigate online advertising tools. What You'll Do

• Support Dutch-speaking small and medium businesses
• Help clients with digital advertising tools
• Provide pre-and post-sales assistance
• Identify trends and solve recurring issues
• Share product insights with internal teams
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer support across multiple channels

Training & Onboarding

• Around 13 working days
• Full-time training (8h/day)
• Product, tools, customer management & platform training
• On-the-job practice
• Training is compensated

Working Conditions

• Location: Lisbon
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotational shifts between 07:00-21:00
• Contract: Portuguese employment contract
• Holidays: 22 days/year + compensation days for public holidays
• Bonuses: Holiday + Christmas paid monthly
• Meal allowance: Paid via card
• Health insurance: From day one
