Top Jobs Abroad Sl is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to join a well-established international brand in Lisbon. No prior support experience required—full paid training starts day one, helping you to hit the ground running.

You'll be the friendly voice for Dutch-speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, solving issues, and escalating complex cases to the right colleagues.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Dutch language skills.
• English for internal communications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Positive, can-do attitude and genuine desire to help people.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon or already located there.
