CBTalents Careers is seeking a Dutch Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes. You will lead end-to-end recruitment pipelines, interact with international talent, and help match candidates with top career opportunities.

The role offers a 6-month contract with a 30-day trial, full-time hours (40/week), and relocation support for international applicants, including accommodation.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Dutch with strong professional English communication skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work/residence permit.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or candidate evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Sourcing & Screening:Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates fluent in Dutch for various talent pipelines.
• Pipeline Management:Track candidate progress through selection phases and maintain applicant data.
• Contract Type:6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
• Schedule:Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Base Salary:€1,450 gross/month (commensurate with professional experience).
• Daily Meal Allowance:€7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).
• Health Coverage:Full health insurance included from Day 1.
• Relocation Package:Full relocation support provided for international applicants moving from abroad + accommodation (note: flight ticket reimbursement is not included).
