Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch Recruiter to manage sourcing, screening and end-to-end recruitment pipelines for international talent. The role requires native Dutch or C1 level and strong English communications, with a 6-month contract and 40-hour weeks in Portugal.

A relocation package and health coverage are included from day one, with meal allowances provided. The position targets candidates with prior recruitment experience and EU citizenship or Portuguese work permit.

Job description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dutch Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes. In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment pipelines, interact with international talent, and help match candidates with top career opportunities.

Position Details & Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates fluent in Dutch for various talent pipelines.
  
• Pipeline Management: Track candidate progress through selection phases and maintain applicant data.
  
• Contract Type: 6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
  
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,450 gross/month (commensurate with professional experience).
  
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).
  
• Health Coverage: Full health insurance included from Day 1.
  
• Relocation Package: Full relocation support provided for international applicants moving from abroad + accommodation. (note: flight ticket reimbursement is not included).
  

Candidate Requirements

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Dutch with strong professional English communication skills.
