Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch Recruiter to manage sourcing, screening and end-to-end recruitment pipelines for international talent. The role requires native Dutch or C1 level and strong English communications, with a 6-month contract and 40-hour weeks in Portugal.

A relocation package and health coverage are included from day one, with meal allowances provided. The position targets candidates with prior recruitment experience and EU citizenship or Portuguese work permit.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch or C1 level with strong English communication.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese work/residence permit.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or candidate evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify, evaluate, and interview candidates fluent in Dutch for various pipelines.
• Pipeline Management: Track candidate progress through selection phases and maintain applicant data.
